Claudio Espejo The artist Claudio Espejo was born in the city San Juan de la Maguana in the Dominican Republic, where he began his art studies. Graduate studies at the State Institute of Fine Arts in Moscow / School VI Surikov Art, where he was entitled with the rank of Professor of Fine Arts, completing the top level with a Masters in Graphic Design. Resident and workshops Santo Domingo alternative France, has traveled extensively throughout the world, seeking to live creative experiences, with notable his travels throughout Russia and neighboring countries, adding to them, their steps through Vienna, Berlin, Florence, Venice, Stockholm, United States, Spain and more recently, Vietnam. For several years he served as Professor of Fine Arts at the Universidad APEC in Santo Domingo. His work has been widely exhibited in France where he has lived and worked for many years, particularly its shares in Paris, in the "Hall of Great Young Artists", "French Artists Exhibition" and the mythical "Autumn Salon", under which, in October 2000 was invited to present a solo exhibition, considered by experts as one of the highest professional distinctions received by a Dominican artist of his generation. During that same year, the city of Paris welcomed the new turn his work over the prestigious "Manifestation of Contemporary Art MAC 2000." In November 2003 he presented his solo exhibition "Slides: Existential Space." In 2007 he participated in the prestigious Latin American art fair "Merrill Lynch Arteaméricas" in the city of Miami. In 2007 we presented "The farewell of the gods", shows his exciting experiences with the lens stuck in the temples of Angkor in Cambodia.
